For boutiques looking to add a personal touch to garments sold in their store or simply wanting to restock on our best sellers in an array of colours, our solution is simple - design with us.

Work closely with our team and select any styles from our current and past ranges in the patterns, colourways and prints your customers will love.

Although we allow for minor adjustments such as length, please note, we do not offer bespoke design services to create your own designs.

LABELS & SWING TAGS

If you have your own woven labels and swing tags, we can include them in the production process. However, they must be sent to our overseas location with shipping at your own expense.

Alternatively, you can enquire within about us producing these labels and swing tags on your behalf but as we would need to outsource this, you will need to cover all costs involved of producing these labels. We kindly ask that you have specific dimensions, graphic art and mock-ups prepared as the design of your labels will not be included as part of the service.

Please keep in mind there is a minimum quantity of 5000 pieces to be produced so this option should therefore be reserved for businesses looking to use our production service on a consistent basis.

EXECUTION & DELIVERY

Production will take approximately 4-6 weeks depending on the style and the official process begins once a 40% deposit made to Amber Glow Pty Ltd is received. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable and the balance of the total invoice shall be payable upon delivery of the goods.

Once the stock has arrived, you are required to collect the stock from our Melbourne/Sydney location within one week of its arrival. Alternatively, an additional freight cost will be added if you would like the stock sent out to your location.

QUANTITIES & PRICING

*Cancellation & Refunds
If a cancellation is made after production has commenced, the customer therefore forfeits the goods and the full amount of the deposit shall be forfeited to Amber Glow Pty Ltd as a reasonable estimated of Amber Glow's Costs and loss of value of the goods. Upon receiving garments, we encourage you to inspect all items immediately and if any faults are found, kindly reach out to us as soon as possible and any returns are to be made within 14 days from delivery.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns of they are not of manufacturing fault or deemed to have been damaged under customer care in which Style State holds no responsibility for the fault.
