AUSTRALIA – DOMESTIC SHIPPING

· We ship Australia wide orders via Express Australia Post or Direct Freight Express. Available option(s) will be shown at checkout.

· Shipping Cost is calculated based on the total weight of your cart and the delivery destination. Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout or can be estimated at the Shopping Cart page.

· Please note we do not offer same day delivery

· Delivery Times (after dispatch) are as follows:

METRO AREAS: 1 - 3 business days

REGIONAL / AREAS OUTSIDE OF EXPRESS NETWORK: 2 - 7 business days

· If your delivery address is a residential address, please select delivery option as Australia Post only. Direct Freight Express only delivers to commercial/business addresses and there may be additional charges that the customer will need to cover if Direct Freight is selected.

· All our courier services require a signature on delivery as this is the most secure method of shipping. Any order notes that advise authority to leave the parcel without a signature unfortunately will be disregarded as we only send our parcels with a signature required on delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

· We ship all International orders via International Express Australia Post.

· Shipping Cost is calculated based on the total weight of your cart and the delivery destination. Shipping cost will be displayed at checkout or can be estimated at the Shopping Cart page.

PROCESSING TIME/DISPATCH

· All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order was placed (excluding weekends and public holidays) and sent during our operating times of Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm AEST.

· We offer same day dispatch on all orders placed before 3pm AEST, unless we do not have all stock available and need to transfer from our other warehouses, this may take an extra business day to process.

· Due to our high turnover of stock we may need to contact you in the event stock is not available, we will offer any alternate options available, otherwise a credit or refund will be issued.

 

ORDER TRACKING

· Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking number included. Please allow some time for this to come through and be sure to check your spam/junk folder for your tracking number if it doesn't appear within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can go to the ‘My Order’ page to check your order status and tracking link. If you are still unable to locate your tracking number, you are welcome to contact us by emailing Melb.Accounts@stylestate.com.au to request your tracking number.

 

ORDER PICK UP

· Store pickups are only available for orders placed in New South Wales and Victoria at our showroom locations.
· Please allow 1-2 business days for pick up orders to be completed. Once your order is ready to pick up, our customer service team will send you a notification via text or email.

· New South Wales: Shop 1, 83-97 Kippax Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010
· Victoria: 117 Langridge St , Collingwood , VIC 3066

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

· All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for International orders.

· Any taxes, duties and customs charges that are charged on International orders are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Please check with your local customs office to confirm if any additional charges. By placing your order on Style State you agree and understand there may be charges involved which need to be paid by you to receive your parcel.

· We are not responsible for another country's taxes or customs charges which may be imposed when your parcel arrives in the nominated country, nor any delays in transit because of this. We will not accept parcels back for a refund where the customer has chosen to reject customs charges, as these are the responsibility of the customer.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

· Amber Glow is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or orders delayed in transit.

· The listed timeframes are not guaranteed and delays may occur (including but not limited to public holidays, severe weather and courier transit errors) which are beyond our control once the order has been dispatched.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

· If you have entered an incorrect delivery address on your order, please contact our friendly customer service team immediately to change the delivery address accordingly. If the item has already been dispatched, Amber Glow will not be responsible for any parcels that were sent due to incorrect details submitted.
